Must comply with FAA requirements for pilot (+500 hours) and plane (standard air worthiness (? not experimental). Promote event – flyer distribution, contacts, publicity. Volunteers, jobs. Ground activities – map, flight basics. Boys Scout / Girl Scout badges? Kitty Hawk chapter has books to sell as fundraiser.
