Naiara motioned to approve the changes to the bi-laws and Lauren Thompson seconded.

Naiara does a motion for a name change, Kim seconds and a unanimous vote to approve it. Everyone should think of names and decide during the next meeting.
11:25 – 11:40 Fundraising event – Co-chair
“Penny A Pound” suggested. Virginie needs to get more information from a another 99 who conducted a successful penny’s a pound fund raiser. Next meeting August 26th location and type of event to be determined over the summer, most likely penny’s a pound event.

Skipping it for now since Carolina Anderson and Carmen Torres are not present.
